Minimum order depends on your project requirements. Lead time depends on the area ordered, from 4 to 8 weeks.

How a custom carpet gets made

  1. Brief and site data

    You send floor plans, traffic expectations, a color direction and any fire or acoustic requirements. We confirm what is achievable and at what price.

  2. Design development

    Our studio produces a scaled artwork and a colorway set. Two rounds of revision are included as standard.

  3. Lab dips and strike-off

    Yarn is dyed to your reference and a physical sample is tufted for sign-off under your site lighting.

  4. Production

    Once approved, the full order runs from a single dye lot. Progress photographs are sent weekly.

  5. Testing and finishing

    Pile height, backing adhesion and colorfastness are checked against the approved sample before cutting.

  6. Delivery and install support

    Rolls are labeled by room, with a setting-out plan. We can brief your installer by video before the container lands.
