What is the minimum order for a custom carpet?
The minimum order depends on your project requirements. We confirm it in each quotation.
How long does a typical project take?
Production takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the area ordered. Shipping time depends on the destination.
Can you match an existing carpet?
Yes. We can make any design to suit your project requirements, including reproducing or adapting an existing carpet.
Do you supply samples free of charge?
We provide a 40 x 40 cm sample so you can check the quality before ordering.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
50% advance payment to confirm the order, and the remaining 50% when production is finished. Shipping terms are CNF (cost and freight).
Is there a warranty?
Yes, our carpets carry a warranty of up to 5 years.
